Shipping
Our Shipping "Philosophy":
At A1 Package Co., we prioritize getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are committed to transparency in our shipping process, and if there are any shipping charges (such as for expedited shipping), please rest assured that you are only charged what we are charged — we do not mark up shipping fees.
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Methods
Our primary shipping method is FedEx Ground, which typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery across the continental United States. For shipments to Canada, we fulfill orders through our distributor, Venture Labels in Windsor, Ontario. If your business uses a different carrier, and you would prefer to use an alternative shipping service, please include your preferred shipping method and relevant details during checkout.
Delivery Time
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. While our estimated delivery times are based on standard shipping methods, we often ship faster than expected. Please note that delivery times are based on business days. For example, if you place an order on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), it will be processed the following business day, as carriers are closed on weekends.
Shipping Exceptions and Delays
Occasionally, there may be delays in processing or shipping your order due to circumstances beyond our control. Such delays may include:
- Products that are temporarily out of stock
- Custom-made products that require additional time to manufacture
In these cases, we will promptly notify you via email with updated shipping information.
If a delay occurs, we will also reach out to you with an estimated shipping date. Should you choose to cancel any part of your order that has not yet shipped, please contact us directly.
Delays in Shipping
On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by clientcare@A1pkg.com. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
Free Shipping Offers
We offer free shipping on orders over $200 (subject to change), which applies to FedEx Ground, USPS, or Canada Post at our discretion. Please note that free shipping promotions are only available for continental North America orders.
Shipping Costs
We do not profit from shipping. If you opt for expedited or rush shipping, or if your order is being shipped internationally, the shipping cost will be exactly what we are charged by the carrier. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the items in your order.
